One of the most painful facets of this “Fallen Stars” section is the thought that some of these classics are gone forever. In fact,some of these pictures are fairly old-there’s a better than even chance that a number of these legends have been gone since the Nixon era.
Thanks again to Wayne Russell, legendary car guy for bringing a camera along when he visited some of these long-lost relics. That is incredible foresight on his part-the man deserves a National Geographic award.
