MAY 1: SYLVAN LAKE, AB Sylvan Lake Cruise Night Grand Opening
MAY 1-2: RED DEER AB The Original Red Deer Swap Meet CAVAC 55th Annual Swap Meet in Red Deer at the Westerner Grounds happening May 1 and 2, 2026. It is Western Canada’s largest indoor swap meet.
MAY 8: SYLVAN LAKE, AB HJ Cody High School is hosting a Carnival on May 8th. This is a whole school event which is free to students and will have activities such as a petting zoo, food trucks, mini golf, lawn games and so much more. MAY 9: DIDSBURY, AB Show-n-Shine is from 7:30a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Didsbury Show-n-Shine is on main street in Didsbury, Alberta on May 9, 2026. Gates open at 7:30 a.m. and the show ends at 4:00 p.m. $20 dollar entry fee at the gate.
