Lacombe also a big park area and they’ve hosted many car shows out there as well so here’s a look back 8-10 years at the car culture in a picturesque little city in heartland Alberta.

One of the showcase rides was this large and in charge Imperial. You could have spotted this beauty from the space station so it was easy to see—even on this massive field.
Here are some other examples from this show ten years ago.
Lacombe held a Canada Day show right downtown on July 1, 2009 and this ’58 Impala convertible was one of the first things you saw when you hit the show.

They held another show a few weeks later in Lacombe out at Michener Park back in July 2009 and this 6000 original mile ’79 Aspen was a big highlight.
Here are some of the other entries from that show.
They moved the show away from downtown to the Memorial Centre parking lot and the streets in the area back in 2010. This show draws well and this ’55 Chevy post was definitely a highlight.
Here are some of the entries from that show 7 years ago.
Lacombe continues the tradition of the July show to this day because this car guy town is full of vintage iron.
