There’s a reason Dean Martin sang about June in January back in 1959.
June is the peak of daylight hours, leaves are new, flowers bloom and car shows break out all over the Northern Hemisphere.
‘Car guys typically don’t like to run at night for many reasons including old generators, old wiring, old headlights on in some cases, 6-volt batteries.’
The old ’55 Ford panel may look cool but once the sun goes down it may show you every single one of its 61 years.
That’s not a problem in June because the shows end long before the sun goes down so that’s why it’s such a glorious month for car shows.
