Fortunately most car guys love the spotlight and that’s why the car show was invented. This is the place where you can hang out with like-minded brothers of the old iron and swap lies about the hobby.
The car show is multi-denominational because you have the hot rod guys, the muscle car guys, the lowrider guys and the keep it stock guys. Typically there is very little unrest with this mix of automotive beliefs because car guys are, at heart, car guys first.
They just like some rides better than others.
