The dog days of summer have been around since the ancient Greeks decided the hottest part of summer needed a catch phrase.
They were referring to Sirius the Dog Star but most people think dog days means mutts have something to do with summer heat.
Regardless of the history behind the dog days the simple fact is this.
You’re going to see some pretty nice iron on the street when peak summer weather is here.
You’ll see a vintage Dart Swinger in July but you won’t see it in January when the thermometer bottoms out.
