Summer 2016 officially arrives on Monday, June 20 2016 at 4:34 PM MDT—not a minute too soon.
The change in season is a little unclear because by June 20th most places in the northern hemisphere have already seen a lot of summer-ish weather.
The sun stays up and the tops go down by June 20th because old convertibles are cool in the literal and figurative sense.
