DECEMBER 2009 FALLEN STARS: MORE CARNAGE-MORE CAR GUY PAIN

We’ve used several pictures from contributions to the site for “Fallen Stars” and most of them were a painful reminder that you can’t save them all.That’s what makes old cars great-they are getting scarcer every year because they aren’t like Toyotas or Big Macs.

To be brutally honest,they won’t be replaced by a new 48 Ford or 65 Dodge.

They simply rust away in every corner of the world.To prove the point we shut down the computer and took the camera out and ventured into the real world over the last few months.

We found most (only one is from years ago) of these cars within miles of home.

Clearly the madness continues.
